01. Where is the meeting place with the driver
at the airport or the station ?

At the airport,

Your driver will collect you after customs, at the exit from the flight with a board on which your name or company is shown, or the names of your guests.

In the exceptional event of large crowds at the terminal, and if you do not see your driver, please contact the driver coordinator by dialling +1 314 885-0247 who will contact your driver directly to fix a meeting place.

At the station,

Your driver will collect you at the front of the train with a board on which your name or company is shown, or the names of your guests.

In the exceptional event of large crowds at the station, and if you do not see your driver, please contact the driver coordinator by dialling +1 314 885-0247, who will contact your driver directly to fix a meeting place.

If the meeting does not take place and you have not contacted the coordinator we will consider that there was a no-show and the transfer will be invoiced. Our vehicles are equipped with geo-localisation equipment; therefore we know the position of the driver in real time.

02. What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early ?

Our vehicles have on-board systems connected directly to the information center, we therefore monitor the arrival time of your flight and manage any eventual delays or early arrivals.

03. What are the cancellation terms ?

For all cancellations of Transfer reservations :

  • 24 hours before the pick-up time, free of charge
  • between 12 and 5 hours (notify before 6 pm) before the pick-up time: 30% of the transfer charge.
  • 2 hours before the pick-up time: 100% of the price is invoiced

Cancellation of a coach reservation :

  • 48 hours before the pick-up time, free of charge
  • between 24 and 48 hours before the pick-up time: 50%
  • less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% charge

Cancellation of a trip of more than one day in USA :

  • between 15 and 5 days before the trip, 25% of the total charge
  • between 5 and 2 days before the trip, 50 %
  • 2 days before the trip, 100%

04. How can I change my reservation ?

Your reservation can be changed by notifying us 24 hours before the start of the service, by email or phone.

05. How long in advance must I reserve your services ?

It is strongly recommended to reserve as soon as you have your travel dates. We recommend that you reserve 48 hours in advance. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

06. What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept credit and debit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard) on board the vehicles, cash, PayPal.

07. Should I tip the driver ?

Tipping is not mandatory, it depends on your satisfaction and the services provided.

08. Is smoking allowed in the cars ?

All our vehicles are no smoker vehicles.
